1) Not eligible
Some offers are “new register only” (new user only) or require a first-time device/number/profile. If you claimed before, the system may block you.
2) Wrong claim step
You missed a required step (profile setup, verify, click the correct claim button, or complete the action that triggers the credit).
3) Quota / time window
Some RM5 offers have limited slots. If you claim late, it can show “ended”, “quota used”, or stay pending.
4) Withdrawal mismatch
